As Aussie Rules UK increases its profile in the UK, so too does the need for people with leadership skills, good decision making ability and a desire to participate in Aussie Rules as umpires.
Aussie Rules UK is keen to attract new people who are looking to keep fit, work in a team environment, are willing to rise to the challenge and, most of all, be involved in Australian football in the UK.
Umpires will be paid and we welcome all-comers. No previous experience is required - coaching will be provided on all matters from rules to signals, positioning and decision making.
Aussie Rules UK also conducts Level 1 Aussie Rules Umpiring courses. Successful participants will receive a Certificate and accreditation as a Level 1 Umpire.
Umpiring is also a great way for retired players to stay involved with the game. It is never too late to take up the challenge.
