Great Britain Bulldogs
The best players in the Under-16 Junior League were chosen to represent the Great Britain Bulldogs during the AFL International Cup (senior tournament) in Melbourne, Australia. Competing teams included Great Britain, Denmark, Ireland, USA, Canada, Japan, South Africa, China, Samoa, Finland, Nauru, India, New Zealand, Sweden and Papua New Guinea.
Highlights of the 2008 tour included:
- 3 Matches against Australian teams
- Attending a number of AFL matches at the MCG & Telstra Dome
- Attending the International Cup
- Supporting the senior team, the British Bulldogs, during their matches
- Sightseeing in Melbourne, one of the world's greatest cities!
